Greg Bailey

Gregory co-founded QuestionSense.com in October 2008 after 27 years in commercial and residential real estate due diligence. Prior to QuestionSense, Gregory co-founded a consulting firm that specialized in commercial real estate, architectural / engineering and environmental assessments and a multimillion-dollar high-end residential repair and service company. Gregory is our product guru and subject matter expert and currently has two patents pending. One patent is a training tool developed to improve the ground ball skills of developing lacrosse players and the second is a business process and mathematical model for the evaluation of commercial and residential buildings that provides a quantitative score. Gregory is surrounded by exceptional women. Gregory lives in Baltimore with his wife Lisa and their three daughters who are as smart as they are beautiful.
